1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Urge Visionary ("Urge Visionary", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use our services, whether in person, online, or via any other channel.

2 Our Services

Urge Visionary provides immigration consultancy and visa processing assistance, including but not limited to:

• Consultation on visa types, eligibility, and immigration routes
• Document collection, review, and preparation
• Application submission to relevant embassies or authorities
• Embassy interview preparation and support
• Post-approval guidance and pre-departure assistance

We act as an intermediary between clients and immigration authorities. We do not issue visas or make immigration decisions, which remain solely within the jurisdiction of the relevant government body.

3 Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation at all times
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal, professional, or legal circumstances that may affect your application
• Cooperate fully and respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
• Not submit false or misleading documents to any embassy, authority, or our team
• Comply with all applicable laws and immigration regulations of the destination country

4 Fees & Payments

All fees for our services are agreed upon during the initial consultation and confirmed in writing before the commencement of work. The agreed processing fee must be paid in full via bank transfer to the official Urge Visionary account before the application process begins.

Accepted payment method: Bank transfer only ( Mashreq Bank, IBAN: AE570330000019101680091).

We will never request payment via cash, personal account transfers, or any other unofficial channel. Report any such requests to us immediately at info@urgevisionary.com.

Government fees, embassy charges, translation costs, and any third-party expenses are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in our processing fee unless explicitly stated in writing.

5 Refund Policy

Our processing fees are non-refundable once work on your application has commenced. This is because our fees represent the professional time, expertise, and resources invested in your case regardless of the final outcome.

Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

• We have failed to deliver the agreed service due to our own negligence
• The application has not yet been commenced and a cancellation is requested in writing within 48 hours of payment

Any refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Urge Visionary management and will be communicated in writing.

6 No Guarantee of Outcome

Urge Visionary provides professional guidance and submits applications on behalf of clients, but we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any visa, work permit, or immigration application.

We will always act in your best interests and apply our expertise to maximise your chances of a successful outcome.

7 Confidentiality

All personal information and documents submitted to Urge Visionary are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share client data with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law or necessary for the processing of your application (e.g., submission to an embassy).

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Urge Visionary and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urge Visionary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Visa refusals or delays caused by government authorities
• Loss of employment opportunities or income as a result of application outcomes
• Errors or omissions in information provided by the client
• Force majeure events including changes in immigration law or policy

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the processing fee paid by the client for the relevant service.

10 Termination

Urge Visionary reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to any client at any time if:

• The client provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• The client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward our staff
• Payment obligations are not met
• Continuing the service would violate any applicable law or regulation

In the event of termination by us for reasons other than client misconduct, any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
