What does the processing fee cover?

The fee covers our end-to-end service: consultation, document review, application preparation, submission, and follow-up with the relevant authorities or embassy.

Are embassy/government fees included?

No. Government visa fees and embassy charges are paid directly to the authority and are not included in our processing fee. We will provide a full breakdown before you proceed.

When do I pay the processing fee?

Payment is made via secure bank transfer before the application process begins. We do not accept cash or personal account transfers.

Is the fee refundable if my visa is rejected?

Our processing fee is non-refundable as it covers the work performed regardless of the outcome. However, we will analyse the rejection and advise on re-application options at no extra consultation charge.

Can the fee change after I start?

No. The fee agreed at the start of your application is final. There are no hidden charges added mid-process.

Do you offer payment plans?

For select service packages, a split payment arrangement may be available. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
